Hello there from frozen Alberta! Apparently we were the coldest place on Earth on Sunday at -45C. I'm not sure that I believe it but ... brrrr! So I am very much wishing we were back in Arizona.
I just wanted to send a quick thank you to Debbie (& Tequila) for the lovely ride she took my husband and I on in the Tonto National Forest. I was very excited to get back on a horse after many years of not riding and I have to say was a little nervous of the talk of climbing "mountains" (being from Alberta and the Rocky Mountains - our definition of mountain is a little different) but we managed just fine. I enjoyed my time very much with Star - her little jumps over the gate were very sweet and she sure is a nice girl to ride. My husband Steve also enjoyed himself immensely and had a great time getting to know Cowboy. Debbie - we went to Harrold's Corral as you suggested - it was great!
